The apostolic activity of the Congregation contributes to the religious and moral renewal of the environment in which the Sisters live and work.
In the United States, the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate are engaged in the following diversified ministries:

Our Motherhouse is located in Poland and presently there is a membership of 800 Sisters worldwide.
We have houses in Poland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, and Africa.
In the United States, the Congregation is located in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Maryland; Washington, DC, and the Diocese of Cleveland, Ohio. The American Provincial House for the Congregation is located in Catonsville, Maryland.
